Reviews
The food is better than some places and on there menu they say 2 pieces of French toast They give you 4.The service is great sometimes slow. The atmosphere is like a 90's diner because of all the sighs everywhere and the retro counter seats. The place is generally warm but not to hot.
Excellent Valentine's Day breakfast with my wife! Place was small but cozy and the delicious food came out quickly. Well run and friendly diner!
Visited on a Sunday, late morning. Place is a little gem. Has limited seating with (5) 4-tops and a 2-top, plus 10 stools at the counter. Large outdoor seating area but being New England it is seasonal.
I observed obsessive cleaning protocols. Wiping down the counters, tables and seating areas constantly. The cleaning solution did have a pretty strong smell but given what we have all just been through, it is a trade off I will gladly make.
Food was excellent and arrived quickly and was very hot. Service was friendly. Value for the $$ is excellent as are the portion size.
This is truly a local staple. I was able to enjoy breakfast here with my friend. There was only one waitress on a Sunday morning but she was able to provide a professional and prompt service for us. The food was delicious and affordable. I noticed that many customers come here just to pick up the delicious food. Parking is plentiful and accessable. I am looking forward to going back again soon.
Nice, local spot to grab breakfast or lunch. Obviously a popular spot for locals, counter was crowded when I stopped for breakfast while in town for a business meeting. Food selection is typical for small town diner-type place, nothing fancy so "atmosphere" is subjective, but authentic would be the best description. Note that they take cash only.
This place is a hidden gem. Wife and I are visiting from Kentucky and was told that Gabby's was the place to go for breakfast. It did not let down and going back tomorrow.
Don't pass up this little place, especially based upon how it looks from the outside. As they say, looks are deceiving! Inside is a very friendly staff and a menu of great breakfast and lunch dishes, as well as daily specials on the board. The portions are generous and the prices very fair, especially when compared to any other restaurant. Tiny inside, but comfortable. Bring your appetite and be prepared for a great meal! Oh, plenty of parking outside too. If you found this review helpful please tap a thumbs up to let me know - thanks!
The food was delish and the staff were friendly and I will definitely go back again
